During this 2-year FunctionalGraduate Program, you will follow an individual rotation plan within ourelectronics business, gain international experience and be exposed tothe business as well as our senior management team. On top, you willbenefit from competent support by excellent business mentors, valuabletraining sessions tailored to foster your professional and personaldevelopment and will gain plenty of opportunity for networking.

　　During the program, you play an active role in developing new materialsand applications as well as continuously improving our existing productportfolio for various product segments in the specialty chemicals andhigh-tech materials business. 　　Your Role:

　　Throughout this program, you get to know the multiple aspects of R&D(e.g. Product Development, Early Research, Application Support andDevelopment).

　　After a first assignment at your home base on the West Coast (Tempe, AZor Carlsbad, CA), you will have two more assignments in a different partof our electronics business, one of them abroad in one of our globalsubsidiaries. You will get a broad perspective of the specialtychemistry world, be exposed to various technologies and applications,but also experience cultural differences and learn to effectivelycollaborate in a diverse, global organization. During all assignments,you will actively contribute to various projects and our core business,objectives being set and you making a contribution to the overallsuccess of EMD Electronics.
