•Dispense medications according to doctor’s written orders when necessary and work with nursing staff on documentation and medication renewal. •Conduct on-going, informal physical assessment of clients and alert Supervisor to abnormal findings. •Complete records (nursing care plan, clinical notes, progress notes, and discharge summary and routine reports (e.g. admissions, attendance, immunizations, state records and quarterly notes). •Work in an interdisciplinary setting with other core team members. •Arrange health clinics working with therapists. •Attend and participate in meetings with staff and families and the Support Coordinator. •Assist with state and local evaluation teams on a yearly basis. Work with Supervisor and clerical staff on maintaining records and coordinating changes if needed. •Review with therapy departments “updates” on equipment, status/client progress. •Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
