Table Talk Piesoffers great benefits: \ Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance \Company Paid Life Insurance \ Company Paid Short Term Disability \Vacation, Personal/Sick time \ 401k Plan with Company Match \ HolidayPay \ Tuition Reimbursement Program \ Employee Assistance Program(EAP) \ Growth Opportunities Responsibility: \ Installs & repairswater pipes and makes necessary connections, maintains plumbing systems,repairs & replaces defective & leaky water & drainpipes. \ Repairs &replaces valves, faucets, sinks, bubblers, tanks, fixtures, replacesgaskets and washers. \ Opens clogged drains, attaches pipe assembliesto walls, assemble, bolts or solders valves, couplings, pipe sectionsand other parts. \ Connects plumbing fixtures to outlets and sealsconnections. \ Lays out the working details and does skilled work,involved in altering, installing, and repairing water & drainagesystems, bathrooms, toilet equipment, heating, and ventilating plants.\ Wipes joints in lead pipes. \ Does steam fittings and pipe fittingwork with steel, iron, brass, copper, and other types of pipes. \Inspects & tests pipelines & plumbing. \ Repairs thermostatic controlson heating & ventilating systems. \ Performs other manual dutiesrelated to plumbing work & will work in conjunction with other tradesand laborers as necessary. Requirements: \ Possession of a JourneymanPlumbers License required \ Valid driver\'s license, Class D required\ High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred \ Thorough knowledge ofstandard practices, materials, tools, & techniques of the plumbing tradeand all Federal, State and Municipal Building Codes. \ Good knowledgeof elementary plumbing theory. \ Skill in the application of thisknowledge and handling of the tools of the trade. \ Ability to work onplans, sketches, specifications & blueprints. \ Sufficient physicalstrength to do heavy lifting. \ Experience as a journeyman plumber. \Has worked in the field for at least five years. Physical RequirementsThe incumbent is required to operate machines, devices, tools, etc.,used for plumbing; and move throughout the facility.
