　　Intervenes with patients who have complex psychosocial needs

　　Offer crisis intervention to patients and families with psychosocial needs

　　Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for high-risk patient populations

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THELICENSED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL:

　　Must be licensed in the State of Texas.

　　Acute care hospital experience required

　　BLS issued through the AHA

　　Must be eligible to work in the United States
