Job Responsibilities

　　Expertise with check product and account types

　　Perform BAU transactional and BAU non-transactional processing

　　Understand escalations and escalation/exception processing

　　Protect relationships with business, technology, and operations partners

　　Familiarization with technology supporting processing and relationships

　　Understand upstream and downstream impacts of processing

　　Consider risk, regulation, procedure, and policy for processing and behavior.

　　Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

　　Fluent English (written and spoken)

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent

　　Operations Experience (Cash or Securities)

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

　　Ability to analyze self, team, partners, and processing to communicate improvements

　　Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing needs of team

　　Ability to maintain relationships with processing requirements

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Proficient in intelligent automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, or Python)

　　Proficient in Visio

　　Client Services experience

　　Reconciliation experience
