  What the day will look like

  Establish a base for STG Strategy Consulting in the Hong Kong Market

  Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions

  Overseeing and delivering multiple projects within agreed timeframes and to budget

  Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite executives and other critical team members

  Quickly and efficiently leveraging an extensive global network of Aon STG colleagues, best practices and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions

  Actively contributing to building high performing teams across the APAC region, fostering a culture of development and learning to nurture talent

  Coaching, mentoring and developing team members in key consulting tools, methodologies and best practices

  Assist in hiring ad managing colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers

  Contributing to STG brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences and presentations.

  How this opportunity is different

  This role marks the entry of Strategy Consulting for Aon in Hong Kong. You will be the first to bring the Aon STG consulting services offerings to this dynamic and growing insurance market. You will be aided in your market entry and sales efforts by the established Reinsurance Solution Hong Kong presence. For project delivery, you will be support by the wider APAC and Global STG teams and will report to the regional CEO of STG based in Singapore.

  As the first in Hong Kong, you will have responsibility for your market sales and for growing the team in the years to come.
