USA Job Description: Experience • Experience in research, data collection, and analysis, especially in youth-related issues. • Knowledge of evidence-based and evidence-informed practices. Roles and Responsibilities • Collect and assess material related to runaway and homeless youth (RHY) issues on an ongoing basis. • Identify credible sources of information, including publications, reports, and research from public and private agencies. • Subscribe to a research database to access additional publications. • Provide quarterly briefings to FYSB staff on relevant news, practices, policies, and trends in the RHY field. • Collaborate with subject matter experts, including a Project Director, to evaluate complex issues and research results. • Collect funding opportunities for the RHY field and submit items for publication on the RHYTTAC website. Education • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
