LEISURE TRAVEL ADVISOR- Atlantic City, NJ

　　Boscov’s Travel is looking to expand its sales team and has a full time opening at our Harbor Square Mall location in Atlantic City, NJ. We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and motivated Leisure Travel Advisor who is passionate about helping others have a stress-free experience when making travel plans. We're basically dream makers! This is an in-office full time position. Our ideal candidate has worked in the travel industry or sales/customer service for at least two years, but we are willing to train the right person.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Discuss, and coordinate travel goals as requested by or outlined to clients. Including booking all travel documentation and establishing budgets.

　　Maintain awareness of all current travel restrictions and safety protocols for all modes of transportation and destinations

　　Use travel software to book all aspects of the client's trip, including travel insurance

　　SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

　　2-years’ leisure travel selling experience required

　　Air travel booking automation experience-Sabre preferred

　　Support travel team with day-to-day administration of travel program

　　Make travel arrangements

　　Assist customers with planning and booking travel arrangements

　　Manage relationships of key travel vendors

　　Delighting the customer by ensuring teams provide an accurate and high-quality experience

　　Delivering extraordinary everyday moments to customers by booking travel, with a key focus in domestic and international air, car, and hotel travel arrangements

　　Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients to include air, hotel, and ground transportation

　　Understand or be willing to learn about industry standards and best practices for travel, payment, and expense

　　RECOMMENDED SKILLS

　　Ability To Prioritize And Multi Task

　　Customer Relationship Management

　　Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills

　　Knowledge Of Travel, Both Domestic & International

　　Significant Personal Travel Experience A Plus

　　Strong Knowledge of Computer Reservations System
