Robert Half has partnered with a premier litigation firm in their search for a polished and experienced Legal Secretary. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who would like to be involved in practice area matters across a variety of sectors including but not limited to Healthcare, Entertainment, and Real Estate.

Job Requirements:

Format legal documents, pleadings, etc.

Manage and maintain litigation calendar and follow up on appointments and deadlines

E-filing: primarily State, some Federal

Familiarity with Clio, OneLegal a plus

Experience working in litigation practice environment preferred

Requirements

Qualifications:

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical, drafting, and proofreading skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Two or more years of experience as legal secretary.

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
