Responsibilities
Drafting memos, summaries, analysis, and recommendations.Drafting, reviewing, editing, and/or updating forms, legaldocuments, policies, and procedures.Monitoring legal and legislative developments within the fields ofconstruction, OSHA, and employment law.Performing legal research, including 50-state surveys.Working with law firms that serve as external counsel to PCL.Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates should be second- or third-year law students and have an impressiverecord of academic and/or professional achievement.The ability to collaborate well with multiple attorneys and teams, withexceptional organizational skills when working on multiple projects.Strong analytical, research and writing skills.Sincere interest in construction law. Relevant coursework a plus but notrequired.

The pay range for this position is between $18 per hour and $24 perhour, based on experience and qualifications.
