  Westinghouse Legal & Compliance

  We are seeking ambitious legal (law student) intern candidates to join our Legal & Compliance team this summer to support a variety of groups and projects! These internships will be either in-person, on a hybrid schedule, or fully remote based on the Intern's location.

  Commercial Legal Interns - The Westinghouse Legal & Compliance group is seeking two (2) law student Interns to help us with various commercial projects, including contract review/revision, intellectual property, regulatory, labor and employment, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance. A legal Intern with a business background, or interest in commercial transactions could support preparation and a timely rollout of these projects for both our Environmental Services business unit and our Operating Plant Services business unit.

  Legal Interns (2) - Focus areas are commercial/transactional, intellectual property, labor, employment, regulatory affairs, and contracts administration; Legal & Compliance team will have one (1) Intern assigned to the Environmental Services business unit and the other Intern assigned to the Operating Plant Services business unit.

  Desired Educational Background - Minimum completion of 1 year of Law School prior to commencement of the internship for the summer of 2023. Minimun of 3.0 GPA.
