With passion, dedication, and a true love for tackling challenges, we play a crucial role in supporting CyberArk and our colleagues around the world.About this role:CyberArk is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to primarily support commercial transactions for our Americas business, negotiate with customers and prospects, and work independently with senior management, sales executives, and other departments within the Company. This person will also support other areas of the business and assist with projects as needed. This position will report to a member of CyberArk's legal management within the US and may require limited domestic and international travel.What you will do:
