This is a full-time, permanent role. This position has a hybridschedule, with 2 days in office, 3 days WFH!

　　Duties include but aren\'t limited to the following:

　　Administrative support to attorney(s)/paralegal(s)File maintenance, document formatting, and court order preparationE-filing, case schedule management, and client communicationProofreading and additional administrative dutiesQualifications:

　　3+ years in a legal working environmentKnowledge of property tax appeals (preferred)Familiarity with state court e-filingProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatStrong organizational and time-management skillsFlexibility for full-time and overtime hoursOur client offers a collegiate and collaborative work environment,flexible work schedules, exceptional benefits and competitivesalaries.
