　　Robert Half is seeking a Legal Assistant to join a growing firm in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate for this Legal position possesses the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. Are you looking for an immediate position? 　　Your responsibilities in this role:

　　E-Filing

　　Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff

　　Prepare legal documents

　　Client communication

　　Organize client files

　　Type and modify legal documents and correspondence

　　Answer phone calls

　　Monitor deadlines and organize information

　　Assist with billing clients

　　Requirements

　　3-5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant

　　Superior written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills

　　Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

　　Familiar with the usage of a case management system and other software applications
