　　Robert Half is partnering with an established firm in Jacksonville in seeking a Legal Assistant to join their practice and help support the efficient and seamless running of the law practice.

　　Responsibilities and Duties:

　　• Draft estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, POA, etc.)

　　• Maintain the attorneys calendar

　　• General administrative duties (Answering phone, preparing and distributing the mail)

　　• Preparation of deeds and various corporate documents

　　• Preparation of various routine correspondence to clients

　　• E-Filing documents

　　• Other duties as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Must have:

　　• High School diploma

　　• Intermediate to Advance skills with MS Office Suite and/or Word Perfect

　　• 1 to 3 years of Legal Office or Small Office experience

　　• Excellent time management skills

　　• Ability to work mandatory overtime during March and April

　　• Adobe Acrobat

　　• Strong communication skills

　　• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　• Positive work ethic

　　Preferred:

　　• Florida Notary

　　• Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Closing, or Tax Preparation, but not necessary
