Description We are offering an opportunity for a dynamic Sales Marketing Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role focuses on sales support within the telecom industry, offering an enriching environment where you will build brand loyalty, generate awareness via social media, and contribute to our customer-focused team.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into community tours by engaging in compelling conversations and providing insightful information about the community and neighborhood.

• Conduct personalized tours of the apartment community resulting in new leases.

• Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently stellar experiences for our residents.

• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement for our brand via social media platforms.

• Work primarily on weekends, the peak time for prospective residents seeking their new homes.

• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Billing Functions, Cash Activity, C-Suite, Customer Service, Leasing Consultant, Corporate Social Media, and Event sales to effectively carry out your duties.

• Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, showcasing your outstanding communication skills.

• Maintain a sharp professional appearance and use your passion for customer service to enhance the customer experience.

• Use your social media savvy to promote our brand on platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.

• Use your sales aptitude to convert prospects into loyal customers. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support role or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with 'About Time' software is essential

• Knowledge of Billing Functions and Cash Activity necessary

• Familiarity with C-Suite level interactions

• Strong Customer Service skills required

• Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant is preferred

• Proficiency in managing Corporate Social Media accounts

• Experience in Event Sales is a plus
