Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a Leasing Administrator on a contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management and excellent communication skills!

Overview of duties:

Processing payments

Depositing of checks

Reconciling vendor statements

Preparing lease agreements

Collecting rent payments and emailing invoices to tenants

Expense reports

Requirements

Associates of Arts in Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred

Previous property management experience is a PLUS

Yardi experience or ERP system and intermediate excel skills

1+ year of office experience

Works well in a collaborative team environment

Proven working experience in a Property Management leasing role

Ability to build rapport with prospects and existing tenants

Bilingual; English and Spanish is a PLUS
