　　The SAP PM Business Process Consultant position will have the duty of maintaining all elements of SAP Plant Maintenance master data elements for the DuPont Spruance Site. The position will also facilitate training in the WMP as it pertains to SAP PM. The responsibilities of this individual will be ever changing as our business grows and develops within the SAP landscape.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Maintaining and supporting SAP ECC 4.6C footprint for Plant Maintenance (PM); This includes data scrubbing current master data per area and continued input of all master data elements into the system.

　　Working with other functional teams to ensure that continued effective integration of SAP, Plant Maintenance (PM), Human Resources (HR), Project Systems (PS), Business Intelligence (BI), Purchasing and Materials (MM) is achieved.

　　Assessing business and application requirements

　　Driving the development of functional and system specifications

　　Running monthly metrics per area

　　Facilitate training on the Work Management Process as it pertains to SAP PM

　　Qualifications

　　Required

　　HS Diploma or equivalent is required.

　　3+ years' experience working in an industrial environment in an SAP-PM role or other CMMS equivalent (e.g., Master Data Resource, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, Material Coordinator)

　　Strong training, facilitation and communication skills

　　Ability to take a “hands on” approach with supported personnel to get objectives accomplished through team building and influence.

　　Proficient in MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams

　　Willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new applications as needed to improve overall experience for the customer and reach objectives.

　　Preferred

　　5+ years’ experience working in an industrial environment in an SAP-PM role or other CMMS equivalent.

　　General understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance as it relates to SAP PM

　　Working knowledge of GuiXT, Prometheus and the Work Management Process as it relates to maintenance.

　　Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI as it relates to data analytics and metrics.

　　General understanding of SAP Security Roles and SAP MM as it relates to SAP PM
