The Opportunity

　　Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time or part-time Dual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.

　　Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

　　Pay

　　$5.15 - $21.00 / hour

　　Responsibilities

　　Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games

　　Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents

　　Greetguests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information

　　Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members

　　Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to games rules

　　Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests

　　Qualifications

　　Must be 21 years of age or older

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license

　　Minimum of 2 years of professional gaming dealing experience required

　　Have standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games

　　Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills

　　Physical Requirements

　　Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift.

　　Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.

　　Must be able to speak and understand English.
