  Director, Learning RM, CRG

  The Role

  As the Director, Learning RM, CRG you will be instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity IWMS Client Relationship Group (CRG) has the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Your primary focus will be supporting the RIA, Family Office, Platform Sales and WBP segments from a sales training perspective. Your ability to be proactive and anticipate business needs, successfully build productive relationships, communicate effectively, project management skills and execution are all critical elements to be successful in the role.

  We seek someone who has passion and thrives in developing and delivering impactful and innovative learning solutions that will drive sales and increase associate skill sets. This individual will be a strong, self-directed leader who can support comprehensive projects that impact the CRG organization. Industry knowledge & investment sophistication will be critical to building credibility in this role. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reinforcement training of existing knowledge and skills. Alignment with enterprise goals, an eye towards building scalable solutions, and a laser focus on measurement are all critical components for this role.

  The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  5-7 years of financial services and client facing sales experience Track record of success managing multiple large, sophisticated, cross functional competing projects and initiatives and prioritize resources and time effectivelyYou have the ability to communicate effectively, influence and navigate complex organizationsYour ability to facilitate sales training, work autonomously, and project manage is essentialYou have strong presentation skills as well as solid written and verbal communication skillsYou are able to communicate at all levels within the organizationYou have significant industry and market knowledgeYou have excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraintsYou are a true team player, always pitching in to drive success across the organizationYou are extremely resourceful, organized, and have the ability to prioritize multiple prioritiesYou can successfully deliver & receive feedback in order to positively affect behaviorFINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days

  The Sales/RM Learning and Engagement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Institutional Client Relationship Group has the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Our primary focus is supporting the organization from a sales training perspective. Our ability to anticipate business needs and build scalable solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams is what sets our team apart.
