　　Within our Learning and Organizational Development Team, located inDenver, Leprino is seeking a dynamic L&OD Specialist to contribute to thegrowth of our programs and processes! 　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $62,000 and $71,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

　　Coordinate scheduling, materials preparation, and ordering for allL&OD programs, ensuring seamless execution.Reconcile and process L&OD invoicing with vendors, contributing toefficient financial management.Collaborate with the L&OD team to execute companywide cultural awarenesscommunications and events.Support and execute D&I initiatives within the corporate office.Support Administration within our Qualtrics system for employee lifecyclesurveys, ensuring accurate and insightful data collection.Execute completion rate administration and other administrative supporttasks within our LMS.Support program management for the company-wide recognition platform andprocesses, fostering a culture of appreciation.Maintain and update internal L&OD information sharing platforms to ensureaccurate and relevant information sharing.You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):* Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in learning and development,organizational development, human resources or a related field.* 1+ years of experience in an administrator or coordinator role,preferably within an HR function.

　　We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):* Master's degree and/or certification in a related field.* 3+ years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
