Core Responsibilities
As a Learning and Development specialist, you will, in cooperation with our team of skill leads and developers, work with development programmes that will help us to have the right skilled people to meet our company commitments. More specifically you will:
Transform the learning needs into learning interventions,
Lead or participate in the whole process of discovery, design, curation and delivery of L&D interventions applying various learning tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, facilitation,
Lead or participate in the testing of the effectiveness of proposed learning solutions
Design the learning experience primarily, in the area of behavioral skills: You may also be involved in the curation of the learning solution in other skill families related to digital, commercial or manufacturing,
Own a learning intervention(s) which includes planning the delivery and coordinating internal/external tutors
Act as a facilitator of online sessions mostly in a virtual environment in English with occasional F2F facilitation in Danish

Learning is at the heart of our brand, and based out of Billund, you will be part of the LEGO® U Development and Operations sub-team, whose purpose is to design and deliver various learning interventions against the prioritization of our 5 Skill families.
We are a team of skilled and dedicated professionals which are part of a central One LEGO® Learning & Development (L&D) Team. This team is designed to foster greater collaboration and support of skills development across the organization, rather than within functional areas.
Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role we imagine that you have:
Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development interventions
A creative and innovative approach to learning design, applying various tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and facilitation
Specialization in designing learning experiences, particularly in the area of behavioral skills. Additional experience in other skill families related to digital, commercial or manufacturing
Ability to own and drive product (learning intervention) development, including delivery planning and co-ordination of internal/external tutors
Proficient facilitating skills, with experience in conducting both virtual sessions and F2F sessions in English as well as Danish
MS Office and knowledge of any technology used to design and facilitate online sessions are more than welcome
