Job DescriptionThis person plays a lead role on strategy development and manages staff and workflow to deliver flawless work while mentoring junior team members to provide ongoing feedback and teaching opportunities. This individual also continually evaluates and improves upon media processes and opportunities, has strong client relationship skills, and has demonstrated emerging internal and external (agency partner) collaboration skills.
What you'll do:
Inventory and New Channel StrategyMeet with, vet inventory, and advance channel partnersProactively identify opportunities to test partners and bring those ideas to programmatic planning counterpartsCreate custom solutions including but not limited to: white lists, custom marketplaces, PMPs, SSPs, cross-channel, etc.Work with platforms, SSPs, and programmatic buyers to ensure accurate implementationTroubleshoot supply issues on all pre-production and live campaignsOversee supply and new channel QA processPartner with programmatic buyer(s) on inventory performance analysis and optimization strategiesDevelop best practices for inventory solutions/new channels and regularly communicate out to the larger programmatic teamBe an in-house expert on how Data and Programmatic advertising can provide ROI for clientsManage data strategy for clients communicating strategies/recommendations to clients using a consultative approachExtract insights from data and effectively communicate to clients in relation to their goals and objectives; share results from audience analytics reports with clients when availableGuide and drive use of audience data to impact media strategies for client account(s) based on overall objectiveQualifications7+ years of experience working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, verification partners, and other supply platformsDeep understanding of programmatic planning, buying, and ad tech vendorsHands on keyboard experience utilizing Yahoo DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or Amazon DSPStrong negotiation abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically ExcelAnalytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong project and time management skillsA desire to collaborate and contribute to a teamAdditional InformationThe benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $91,000-154,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
