The Large Engagement Survey Team is responsible to support work related to Large Engagement Surveys operations for Diamond Client Accounts and other groups of interest, mostly in Growth and NA markets. The team will handle the end-to-end process of Engagement Surveys which contemplates identification of client’s need, creation, and deployment of surveys in Gallup system, gathering results and facilitating reporting/survey results.
Overall Role Description
The Engagement Analyst role will provide a variety of operational tasks essential to the support of the Large team Engagement Survey and work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high level of customer service and quality output. Will need to deliver a set of surveys and extract reports after survey is closed. Will also expect to work identifying opportunities for improvement.
As such, will be responsible for:
Perform the extract, creation, and quality check of rooster.
Timely and accurate support of all tasks related to survey creation and launch.
Extract reports after the survey closed.
SharePoint management.
Clear, effective, and timely communication with clients.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Ongoing Daily Responsibilities:
Administer surveys in Gallup system.
Create standard reports using Gallup's system.
Document Job Aids and instructional materials.
Escalate all potential problems and issues in a timely and logical manner.
Independently follow up with clients with questions or concerns, incorporating their feedback when necessary.
Must Have Skills:
Ability to analyze and consolidate large amounts of data.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written) – Fluent (oral and written) in English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly excel) and SharePoint management.
Structured analytical thinking skills, good attention to detail.
Good knowledge and understanding of reporting tools.
Ability to balance multiple surveys and meet deliverable timelines. Work in a fast-paced environment
