SUMMARY:

Join our team as a DNB Technician where you will monitor and maintain the performance of knitting machines, ensuring high-quality fabric production. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monitor knitting machine operations, identifying and addressing fabric defects or machine issues.

Perform routine machine checks, including front and back inspections, and resolve issues as they arise.

Troubleshoot and repair machine defects, documenting all stops and defects on production reports.

Maintain and clean machines, applying fresh grease and ensuring proper yarn pointing and threading.

Ensure the safe operation of all equipment, following safety standards at all times.

Record production metrics, machine stops, and maintenance activities in production reports.

Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to resolve mechanical issues.

Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair knitting machines.

Ability to read and understand technical documents, safety guidelines, and machine manuals.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor multiple machines efficiently.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers, supervisors, and management.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
