The Lean Solutions team is a dedicated group of professionallytrained lean practitioners and project managers who are adept attranslating the value proposition that is the basis of Fastenal\'sgo-to-market strategy to our customers in a mutually beneficial manner.RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this positioninclude, but are not limited to: o Performing total cost of ownershipanalysis (TCOA) activities, site assessments, LS BusinessReviews/Assessments and onsite reviews/assessments o Providing directcustomer sales support to key accounts in the Region(s) to NationalAccounts prospects and existing NA customers in the Region o AchievingBlue Belt status through TCOA o Engaging with stakeholders requestingTCOA support o Performing all functions of TCOA including preparing,communicating, quantifying savings opportunities and proposingsolution(s) to stakeholders o Performing lean solutions business andonsite reviews/assessments by examining all aspects of the businessplan, operations and productivity of existing business and findingadditional opportunities for profitable revenue growth o Supporting thearea\'s regional sales teams and lean solutions teams to help meet salesinitiatives and support customer growth and productivity projectsREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills andqualifications are required for this position: o Possess a current fullvalid driver\'s license issued in the country where the job is located(including successful completion of any applicable graduated licenseprogram for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet ourdriving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed oPossess 2 years of Fastenal or related work experience OR adegree/certification in Supply Chain, Lean Solutions or Lean Six Sigma oExcellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient usingMicrosoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self directed and customerservice oriented o Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lean businesspractices/operations and strong knowledge of Fastenal Solutions oDemonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities oExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision makingskills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in...
