Bellingham company looking for a Leak Detection Lead Technician. Job duties involve inspecting process equipment at Ferndale oil refinery, maintaining and calibrating equipment, and tracking leaks and repairs. Technician will carry backpack mounted inspection equipment which weighs approximately 15 lbs.At least 2 years of refinery experience is required. Applicants must have basic computer skills and a valid drivers license. Drug testing (urinalysis testing) and background check will be required before employment can begin.Candidates with TWIC cards are preferred. Equipment and safety training will be provided to all candidates. Technicians will work 4-10 hour days/week. Occasionally, there is the option to work some overtime hours. Shifts run from 5:45 am - 4:15 pm, Monday-Thursday or 5:45 am - 4:15 pm, Tuesday-Friday.
