　　Warehouse Lead Associate

　　Five Star Breaktime solutions is looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate that can contribute to serving our customers by bringing a positive attitude to work daily, helping management with daily tasks as needed as well as a self-initiated leader that can motivate others.

　　What You’ll Do as a Lead Warehouse Associate:

　　Performs same duties as a warehouse worker when needed.

　　Provide daily hands-on support for the department.

　　Ensures sufficient staffing to handle workload review and ensures all work is conducted in the proper manner.

　　Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.

　　Managing employees to ensure breaks and lunches are taken at the required time per state law.

　　Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.

　　Perform inventory counts as directed and adjust when needed and authorized.

　　Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties and ensure they are performed daily.

　　Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies.

　　Qualifications:

　　Strong computer skills, ability to navigate through the internet, MS Office, email & other operations databases.

　　Ability to prioritize & meet critical deadlines.

　　Prior leadership experience preferred.

　　A minimum of 1-2 years distribution experience

　　General Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.

　　Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.

　　Must be able to consent to a drug screen.

　　Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.

　　Status: Full-Time

　　Monday-Friday(8 a.m. to 4 p.m. varies)

　　Pay: $14.50 (Hourly)
