　　Job Description:

　　Responsible for developing and maintaining analytical assumptions in support of core Treasury activities, including interest rate risk analysis, capital and liquidity risk management, funds transfer pricing, funding and capital markets activities, cash management, and various reporting functions. Identifies and implements technological solutions to automate these duties. Seeks continuous improvement through deeper analytical insights.

　　Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

　　What You’ll Do

　　Analyze and develop models and assumptions for core Treasury activities

　　Support Corporate Treasury’s technology initiatives to drive automation to promote best practices in the use of programming languages and statistical or ALM software in order to help enhance processes, analytics, and reporting

　　How You'll Do It

　　Assist with the risk practices and analysis of model changes required to effectively manage the company’s financial resources for asset liability measurement, funding analytics, interest rate risk management, net interest margin analytics, funds transfer pricing balance sheet analytics capital planning, and liquidity analysis

　　Assist with system upgrades and new implementation of ALM software

　　Assist in the accuracy, reasonableness, and constancy of data and assumptions used for financial risk modeling

　　Maintain, build, simplify, automate, or enhance the reporting and analytics capabilities

　　Assist with effective communication and guidance to business partners surrounding Treasury risks and metrics for timely and risk-based business decisions

　　Qualifications You’ll Need

　　The Basics

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

　　4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and or Banking/Financial Services or related field

　　In lieu of education, 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and or Banking/Financial Services or related field

　　Preferred

　　6+ years of progressively responsible experience in relevant work, especially using programming languages (Python or similar, SQL), statistical software (Stata, R, or similar), ALM software (QRM or similar) and web development languages (HTML, CSS, etc.); experience using Linux/Unix also preferred#LI-EB1

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
