The primary focus of the Lead Teacher (Preschool) is the provision of high-quality programming within their assigned classroom which must include a triangulated framework of family-centered practices; developmentally, individually, and culturally appropriate practices and intentional teaching; and program support.

　　A Lead Teacher must have one of the following requirements:

　　High School Diploma and CDA licenses with a minimum of 3 years experience or associate degree  Or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) with 1+ year teaching experienceOr related field (child development, special education, elementary education or human service field) with 1+ year teaching experienceJob Type: Full-time

　　Pay: $15 - $17.50 per hour ($21.50 with BA in Education)
