As a Senior Product Associate in the The Advisor Central (Salesforce.com CRM) / Advisor and Service Platform organization, youwill work closely with the Product Managers and stakeholders to define and analyze the various functional and technical requirements to enhance the advisor desktop experience The Product Associate will primarily be responsible for gathering and refinement of requirements, conducting impact analysis and writing epics and user stories based on recommended solutions and approach. This role provides visibility to the leadership team and external partners.
Job Responsibilities
Gather requirements from various workstreams and perform detailed analysis; produce business and technical requirements in the form of epics and stories, including assumptions, inputs, outputs, usability, performance expected from the application or business processes and user acceptance criteria
Define technical and functional requirements, list of interfaces and touch points, conduct solution assessment of various business modules and conduct feasibility analysis for design and build
Work with Technical Business Associates Agility Leads, Architects and Developers to transform requirements into design and implementation
Conduct impact analysis to ensure dependencies on other projects and any cross product / platform impacts are captured accurately
Ensure that there is always a healthy backlog of user stories
Perform quality assurance/UAT testing
Develop functional and training materials as needed
Establish / train and ensure readiness of test, operations and support teams for implementation and production support activities prior to go transition, go-live of new / changed business processes/products, functionality or applications
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in financial services, experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business managing strategic or transformational change
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem and related products - Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud, Lightning Scheduler, etc.
3+ years of experience working within an Agile development framework; JIRA experience required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
Excellent business and analytical skills
Ability to define and communicate both functional and technical solutions and break them down into logical components of epics and user stories
Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts with poise and confidence.
Highly self-motivated and ability to remain calm under intense pressure
