What is the job about?
Contribute to the SCRUM Team’s deliveries as technical lead in using relevant office applications (i.e. excel, Catia, SAP etc.) by applying Engineering skills.
Drive task from the Back-log and supervise (Ass. )Product development engineers
Set up the engineering requirements in the initial product development phase.
Make the validation and verification in the final development phase to make sure the delivery living up to the requirements
Your main responsibilities:
Technical concept development toward given market needs
Close communication with product managers to understand the applications and decide the product architecture by aligning with A&M
Analyze and define product/system requirements and definition of components/sub-system requirements and interfaces with stakeholders and respective disciplines
Evaluate requirements in terms of technical feasibility
Check and ensure consistency of development and product architecture
Define product/system verification plan and follow up
Contribute to DFMEA/DFA
Assign the technical break down task to the development team and coordinate to make the most optimal planning towards project plan.
Ensure the development and documentation in compliance with legislation, Grundfos processes, Standards and Grundfos practice.
Sign off the technical delivery from development team
What do you need to apply?
We expect you have:
Engineer degree Master or Bachelor or similar education
At least Technical knowledge with product development
5-15 years relevant experience
Proficient English – verbal and written
Understanding Agile principles
