　　Your future team

　　We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the Atlassian Intelligence (AI) Program Team. The Atlassian Intelligence Program involves both a centralized cross-functional business and federated product delivery teams; with the mission of accelerating the next generation of AI features to our customers. You'll be the Design member of the AI Leadership Team (LT) at Atlassian responsible for elevating AI design across the organization, working with product design teams and leadership to create and deliver a strategic design vision for next gen AI at Atlassian.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Lead the strategic vision and conceptual design outcomes which provide a clear direction for our customer experiences across the AI landscapeApply your systems thinking and ability to understand complex relationships between various products, channels, features to drive better design outcomesHave a strong skillset in visual and interaction design which enables you to visually communicate your work for influence and impactDrive design reviews, design crits and be the design craft leader and coach to other designers to ensure consistent and cohesive AI experiencesPartner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional team members to create a unified design view of AI capabilities across AtlassianLead design projects from creation to execution and be responsible tying back to customer value delivery and outcomesIdentify success metrics ensuring design solutions continue to deliver customer valueIdentify opportunities to enhance our products and accelerate AI and search experiences at AtlassianCollaborate with some of the industry's smartest (and nicest) people. You'll work with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Researchers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to advocate for the user experience in our products and ship high-quality work

　　Your background:

　　10+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level softwareExperience in creating and delivering strategic org wide design programs which impact multiple delivery teamsExperience in end-to-end UX/product design to design impactful solutions to challenging problemsPassion for story-telling, the ability to bring design direction to life with compelling narrativeExperience balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibilityFacilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to integrate the work of multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions that lead company wide outcomes and positively influence future delivery roadmaps.Experience in design systems, the ability to identify common components required to support a wide array of customer use cases.Experience measuring success with qualitative and quantitative methodsExperience improving process and methodology to increase product value, team velocity and accelerate adoption of new capabilities

　　Compensation

　　At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

　　Zone A: $216,600 - $288,800

　　Zone B: $194,900 - $259,900

　　Zone C: $179,800 - $239,700

　　This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
