　　As an Associate Director of Government Pricing & Compliance, supporting Alcon's government pricing submissions,you will be trusted as a subject matter authority on strategy and execution of various contracts within the government space of the growing pharmaceutical business from our Fort Worth, Texas site.

　　In this role, a typical day will include:Building out and developing the strategy for government pricing and compliance related to our growing Pharma portfolio.Leading negotiations for governmental contracts and adherence of all contractual requirement.Monitoring the company's financial and compliance relationships with the various US government agencies that purchase Alcon products.Ensuring that all required Alcon submissions are accurate and timely.Formulating and implementing recommendations in key strategic and tactical areas which impact price calculation to support long- and short-term business goals.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.7 years confirmed experience, 5 years in a leadership role within related industry.Excellent analytical skills to forecast government impact on business.Technical expertise in Excel and data management tools used throughout the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully interact within all levels of the corporation.HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:Benefit from a growing, innovative environment.Sharpen your current skills and gain exposure within different cross functional areas.Join Alcon's mission to provide outstanding, innovative products and solutions to improve sight and improve lives!Work hours: Standard Hours, Monday-FridayRelocation assistance: YesSponsorship available: Yes#LI-DNI
