　　Job Summary:

　　As a Plumber this position would be responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure that projects are completed within established budget, timelines and meet all applicable codes/regulations. The Plumber is responsible for providing direction and training of assigned project staff.

　　Duties include, but are not limited to:

　　Responsible for managing multiple projects and staff in accordance with established project budgets and timelinesRead, understand and interpret blueprintsUnderstands and applies all state/local plumbing codes and regulationsRepresents company at job site meetings and can effectively communicate with other trades, contractors and customersProvide supervision and training of assigned project staffDocument all job costs, materials and tasks in accordance with company proceduresMaintain equipment, supplies and company vehicle (if supplied) in good working orderAbility to work non-standard hours as required by the job or projectPerforms additional duties as neededQualifications and Education Requirements*

　　Minimum 2 years of plumbing experienceExperience with CPVC and PEX piping systemsPossess valid Florida Drivers License with a clean DMV recordWork effectively in a team environment
