The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and maintaining data and documentation required to support Chart Industries Customer Service business operations. The individual selected will be expected to collaborate with management on systemic and process enhancements/improvements and training programs. This is a remote role; however, the candidate selected must reside in the greater Atlanta, GA area.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
Price Desk Management, which involves maintaining price records in ERP system and monitoring pricing to ensure company standards are met.
Partner with sales force for special promotions, protocols, etc.
Manage Customer Service task related master data, including customer account and product information.
Manage department documentation, such as process flow charts, policy/procedure work instructions, etc.
Produce reports using ReportsNow.
Collaborate with Management on process mprovements.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Your Education Should Be…
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
This is a remote role, which requires sitting for extended periods of time.Your Professional Experience Should Be…
Minimum of 5 years Customer Service and order processing experience required.
Strong understanding of Quote to Cash process required.
Experience working with JD Edwards/El preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, outlook etc.)
Price Desk Management experience a plus.
Power User experience a plus.
Report writing experience a plus.
Remote role which requires candidate reside in the greater Atlanta, GA area.
