　　Randstad Federal is seeking a Lead Peoplesoft HCM Developer in support of a Federal program at FDIC.

　　location: MC LEAN, Virginia

　　job type: Contract

　　salary: $75 - 85 per hour

　　work hours: 8am to 4pm

　　responsibilities:

　　We are currently looking for a "Lead Developer" for FDIC with 3 or more Federal engagements experience, spanning at least 5 years delivery for Federal Government PeopleSoft HCM projects. Additional skills required for the role are:

　　strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools and Payroll, including extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM Federal customizations.

　　Fundamental understanding of U.S. Federal HR and Payroll policies and practices.

　　PeopleSoft development experience (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Workflow, Component Interface, NFC Interface and SQR).

　　Expert troubleshooting ability for isolating functional / technical problems in a production support environment, including strong SQL skills.

　　Extensive experience with Stored Procedures and Extract, Transform, and Load processes

　　Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Security, Portal and Integration broker (App Messaging), Web Services and ETL on an UNIX/Oracle Platform.

　　Working knowledge of Kronos WebTA/GovTA

　　Working knowledge of the USDA National Finance Center Front End Systems Interface for Time and Attendance data.

　　Fundamental understanding of U.S. Federal Time and Attendance policies and practices

　　Experience with SQL Server, .NET, APEX, and SharePoint

　　Experience supporting a hybrid (on-prem and cloud) application portfolio

　　Experience working in an Agile environment
