Ready to learn more?Your day might include:Leading and supporting Member Consultant staff in the sales, service and operational needs of the branchPerforming all branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and providing teller servicesModeling desired behavior and assisting branch leadership with employee developmentHaving a high level of understanding of Branch OperationsStriving for and hitting your sales and service goals, while keeping the member's best interest front and centerContributing to your teams successes and celebrating along the wayBuilding and nurturing strong relationships with your membersUnderstanding your members' journey, offering products and services to meet their unique needsShowing empathy and lending a hand where your team members and teammates need it mostHaving fun!What you bring to the team:Minimum two (2) years of college or two (2) years of customer service and/or financial institution experienceMinimum of one (1) year experience in a branch operations, inside or outside WSECU, including at least one year as a member consultantExcellent interpersonal communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, and writingTalent for presenting and explaining complex products and servicesIntermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft applications; ability to master WSECU computer operating systemsAbility to maintain privacy and confidentialityMust be willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and a national criminal background check, and maintain and renew the registration annuallyBonus points if you have:Leadership experienceSales and customer service trainingExperience with lending, new accounts, or a combination of bothBi-lingual, multi lingualCompetitive pay: $25.16 - $37.74 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits packageThe range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.The target range for qualified new hires is typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account.Where it's located: 604 E.
