Located in Nashville, TN, SC Engineering offers a full range of design services, from initial concept to construction completion, delivering quality projects on time and within budget.

　　This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Mechanical Engineer. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering work. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will also be responsible for project management, including cost estimating, scheduling, and resource planning. The role requires working closely with the project team, clients, and vendors.

　　Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD), REVIT and BlueBeam softwareProject Management skillsMicrosoft Suites proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Ability to work independently and with a team of engineers, clients, and contractorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited college programMust qualify for Licensure in the state of Tennessee. Licensed in multiple states a plus.Professional Engineer (PE) certification, six (6) or more years of related practical experience required.Experience in the design of commercial, mixed-use, or industrial projects is preferredExperience with, and the ability to size HVAC equipment, duct equipment, and utility piping systems and plumbing systems.
