We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Microservices Engineer to join our talented team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust Microservices Architecture solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, and SQL. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate a strong understanding of Microservices Architecture principles.

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Design and develop Microservices Architecture solutions that align with the company's business objectives

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features

　　Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of Microservices applications

　　Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

　　Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Java and Microservices development

　　Work closely with architects and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Microservices solutions

　　Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall improvement of the development team

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend

　　Proven expertise in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture

　　Strong understanding of REST API development and best practices

　　Proficiency in SQL and database design

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

　　Solid understanding of software development life cycle and best practices

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills
