　　Shift Differentials:

　　Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm -7:00 am - $3.00 per hour

　　Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour

　　Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour

　　Responsible for the organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for aspecific assignment.

　　RequirementsAssociate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited learninginstitution. Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care ispreferred.

　　Active Colorado RN license required.

　　Demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of nurse role in acritical care facility.

　　Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing.

　　Ability to operate general office equipment including computer softwareapplications (e-mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, schedulingsoftware, accessing required documents).

　　Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities forimprovement through continual learning, changes in approach based onsituation and professional practice behavior.

　　Knowledge of care-based practices (creating care plans, leading teammeetings).

　　Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with thepublic, other agencies, employees and administration.
