In this hybrid role based in Tacoma, WA, you will oversee all aspects of the Americas Operations Team and quote to cash process. You will conduct thorough reviews of the quoting process, validation, time to quote and KPIs, following revenue recognition rules, and adherence to all policies and established practices throughout these activities. You will partner with Sales, Leadership, Channel Partners and Sales Operations to execute the strategy and ensure the efficient and effective processing of bookings in support of the sales teams.You are the ideal candidate if you are a passionate leader with a unique blend of sales experience, leadership, business acumen, and coaching skills. You have a proven track record in operational efficiency, sales force productivity, and enjoy taking on new challenges.What you'll do:Develop and lead the Americas operations team with a high-performance culture that aligns with that of our companyCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, finance, and product teams, to ensure alignment on quoting strategies and objectivesAct as an escalation point for the team members on policy exceptions, informed by a deep understanding of pricing models and competitive positioningDevelop and optimize the end-to-end CPQ process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in quote generationDevelop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators related to quote generation and validationImplement rigorous quality assurance measures to validate the accuracy of customer quotes, ensuring adherence to pricing and discounting policiesBecome a subject matter expert in product SKU structures, booking requirements and processes to deliver scalability and efficiency in quote-to-cash processEvaluate and mitigate legal, financial, and operational quote risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirementsProactively identify areas for process improvement within the CPQ team and implement enhancements to increase overall effectivenessSupport the professional development of team members through coaching, performance reviews, training and skill-enhancement opportunitiesWhat you'll bring:Minimum 12 years of experience, including 7 years in a sales operations or operations roleMinimum 3 years of experience leading an operations teamSalesforce.com Sales Cloud / CPQ experience requiredTrack record leading by example and managing goals while delivering exceptional customer supportAbility to evaluate, build, create, and re-invent sales processesAbility to execute in a complex, fast-paced environmentCalm, supportive, and partnering attitudeProven customer service-oriented, results-driven leaderExperience in advanced Excel, Salesforce, and Google sheetsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, think creatively and pivot to changing priorities and deadlinesBachelor's degree in business, MBA preferredWhat success looks like:In the first six months, you will...Define the strategy a
