As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Lead Intel Planner TREX
you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas.
You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.
More About the Role:
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Lead Intel Planner TREX you will embed at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or US AFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues
Other duties as the Lead Intel Planner TREX will include but are not limited to:
Develop and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of intelligence-focused training and exercise events to enhance the proficiency of intelligence personnel assigned to USAREUR-AF G2.
Collaborate closely with intelligence leaders, subject matter experts, and training officers to design realistic and relevant training scenarios that align with operational requirements.
Create detailed intelligence training and exercise plans, incorporating intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, and operational integration from direction of USAREUR-AF G2 and USAREUR-AF Commander.
Lead the integration of intelligence-related capabilities and objectives into larger joint and multi-domain training and exercise initiatives.
Evaluate intelligence training and exercise performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and recommending adjustments for future iterations.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external partners, including intelligence agencies, military units, and interagency organizations, to ensure seamless and effective collaboration during training and exercise events.
Develop and deliver intelligence-related training materials, briefings, and educational resources to enhance the knowledge and skills of intelligence personnel.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of directly related intelligence experience; or fifteen (15) years of directly related military intelligence experience including appropriate military and civilian training.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience writing operations orders and commander’s estimates and possess outstanding verbal and oral briefing skills.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience with the Army Intelligence Planning process.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience working with guidelines, policies, and procedures, the command-and-control structure, Army transformation/modularity, writing analytical studies and requirements documents and communicating them orally.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
