JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
This individual has overall responsibility to meet and exceed set performance standards for sales for themselves on a monthly basis. The Team Lead will also help the Supervisor achieve the budgeted membership goals for the Inside Sales Team as a whole. The Team Lead will also be responsible for management of the Inside Sales team for all Medicare States when the Supervisor is out. This Team Lead will assist the Supervisor with local sales compliance, training, and development of all the staff. This Team Lead will work directly with the Supervisor to execute strategies to drive membership and growth. The Team Lead will assist with some reporting and will be responsible to implement national standards and best practices as directed by the Supervisor
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Take and make inbound and outbound calls from prospective members and schedule Individual Member Appointments. Specific goals and metrics will be set that must be met/exceeded on a monthly basis. Team Lead is expected to lead by example, and not fall behind on any goals
Meet expected performance for personal sales goals. Review monthly member advisor report cards for trends. Reinforces accountability and notifies the Local Inside Sales Manager of any needs for corrective action. Resolves conflict, motivates staff, and encourages personal development through training. Consistent application of policies and procedures
Work with the local Inside Sales manager and help with recruiting, hiring, training, and orienting. Ensure that all employees comply with Molina standards. Reinforce accountability. Manage all daily call statistics to goal.
Assist in the design and implementation of processes and procedures for the inside advisor roles. Provide the day-to-day leadership necessary for successful lead generation. Complete all requested reports by the timeframe given.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
High School Diploma
Required Experience
1-2 years call center/sales experience with an insurance company, HMO, healthcare provider or senior services.
Prior successful Inside/Telesales experience.
Preferred Education
Some college
Preferred Experience
1 years of team lead experience preferred; At least one year experience in Medicare Sales strongly preferred
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Resident Producer License
