Responsibilities The Health Care Administrator (HCA) administers, directs, and coordinates the services and programs for the campus care center. With the goal to achieve the objectives of providing high quality senior housing and health care services to clients. The HCA maintains policies and procedures that actively reinforce our mission, core values and corporate directives and directs strategic and financial planning for the community. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required. MN Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required. Experience: Senior living operations and leadership experience, including at least one - two years leading a full-continuum or CCRC campus preferred.
