Lead, Infrastructure Administration Engineer (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ): Design, configure, maintain, and support Genesys Cloud Trunking environment with on-premise SBC (Session Border Controller). Design and test Oracle SBC, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to Cloud vendor, and SIP to PBX (Private Branch Exchange) technologies. Lead the transition to operations of Oracle Session Border Controllers Implementation and support of Oracle SBC hardware and software. Perform system maintenances, upgrades and migrations of SBC. Develop and configure SSL encryption/decryption solutions for traffic inspection. Implement large scale SIP networks. Consult with managers to determine the role of IT systems in an organization. Research emerging technologies to decide if implementing them will benefit the organization. Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits to determine if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile. Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization. Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected. Train the systems' end users and write instruction manuals.Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
