Lead, Infrastructure Administration Engineer (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ): Design, configure, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support Genesys and other contact center design applications. Design, test, and integrate custom applications with the Genesys cloud platform. Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve Genesys and other ancillary call/contact center technology issues. Partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience. Lead Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and routing design and development using Genesys tools. Support and demonstrate complex problem-solving skills in Genesys and other contact server technologies space.Telecommuting permitted 100%. A candidate may work and reside anywhere in the U.S.Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate related work experience.Of the required experience, must have at least 5 years of experience in the following:•Routing design and development in the Genesys contact center framework; •Integrating third-party applications and web services with the Genesys platform; and •Utilizing Genesys cloud, Genesys Framework, hands-on implementation, configuration, deployments to production, and support.Of the required experience, must have at least 4 years of experience in the following:•IVR and routing applications utilizing Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text to Speech (TTS) hands-on development and deployment; and •Writing code utilizing programming languages, including JAVA Script. Of the required experience, must have at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting for SIP/VoIP and network issues utilizing tools, including Wireshark, Postman, and Sip log viewer. Of the required experience, must have at least 2 years of experience in the following: •EServices solutions, including chat bot, email, and SMS; and •Contributing to digital transformation activities, including the work on web sites for chat bot implementation; Call deflection with SMS or Email notification; Mobile application chatbot implementation; or Implementation of any other channels of customer contact besides voice.Domestic travel required up to 20%.Telecommuting permitted 100%.
