　　What You Will Do:

　　The Lead Housekeeper runs the cleaning & housekeeping operations at our Olympic National Park campus on Lake Crescent, where we provide environmental education to students from February through November each school year, and host numerous weddings during the summer. This position supervises all hosts/housekeepers and cultivates a collaborative, customer service-oriented environment. They cover shifts as needed, including occasional nights and weekends.

　　This position takes place at our campus in Olympic National Park and cannot be performed remotely.

　　Your primary job will be to:

　　Supervise 3-4 housekeepers to include recruiting, scheduling, and performance management.Ensure campus buildings are cleaned thoroughly and coordinate with the facilities department to support maintenance needs.Work closely with the Food Services Manager to ensure quality meal service for participants.Monitor and be responsive to customer feedback.Order and keep an organized inventory of cleaning supplies.Plan and help perform daily cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and other general cleaning.Plan and help perform cyclic cleaning tasks such as grounds maintenance and building upkeep.Perform physical tasks such as moving equipment, supplies, and furniture.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with all staff, guests, and Olympic National Park visitors.Serve as campus host/housekeeper as needed.Participate in other campus duties as needed  (e.g. moving canoes and learning support boat operations).Compensation:
