About the Role
In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with marketing business owners, internal partners, and vendors to manage the marketing resource management (MRM) platforms and architectural enhancements. This role will design and drive platform adoption across the enterprise that optimizes our best-in-class marketing processes. Specifically, this role entails the creation and technical development of marketing automation strategies, development of capability roadmaps, and the execution of those capabilities. You will act as the technical expert across platforms, using an agile lens, to identify optimization opportunities across Next Gen Marketing programs, and design seamless integration across workflows and platforms. This role operates in an agile and greenfield environment requiring diverse SaaS background in MRM operations, product ownership, and IT. May require considerable working knowledge of other major areas in technology development, automation, and Gen AI. Considered an expert within the discipline.
You will be responsible for:
60%: Provides technical oversight and governance in MRM architecture design, automation, capability utilization, and engagement. Develops, implements, and optimizes workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
15%: Enhances end user training and adoption to the marketing teams, educating on best practices and tool usage.
15%: Maintains technical data mapping across tools, platforms, and processes.
10%: Regular analyses of systems and technologies, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across all marketing tactics.

Expertise in marketing technology & software implementations – execution and optimization

Expertise in MarTech content supply chain, architecture design, and workflow development (i.e. Adobe Workfront, Uptempo, Bynder, Mulesoft, Workato, Snowflake, PowerBI, Oracle Responsys/Eloqua, etc.)
Education & Experience:
Education: Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other IT related field
Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility (marketing operations, software product ownership, martech, advertising, digital strategy, or marketing role within a consultancy, agency, or marketing-driven organization).
