　　Performs assigned position while providing leadership in the department. Oversee the daily production functions and assuming departmental responsibility in the absence of the manager. Supervision is not required.

　　Required qualifications:

　　National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

　　National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire

　　Hospital or health care food service experience.
